Obban was born to a Swedish mother and a Norweigan father in the south-western country side of Sweden. When he is not touring with Heilung as harii warrior, he is tattooing at his private studio in his home town.

He began his journey into tattooing in 2017, focusing on traditional Scandinavian styles. After several years of traveling, living abroad and meeting with other cultures he has seen the importance of cultural heritage, and is working with these aspects in his own work, seeing it as his destiny to help bring back Nordic cultural art into the light.
